DEPOSIT: Each appointment we make it's noted and confirmed after you send proof of payment. In the day of the appointment you pay only the difference with cash or PAYCONIQ.

Please do remember that if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will lose your deposit. So please be on time and let me know anytime if you cannot be there. 

ANY CHANGINGS CAN BE DONE MAXIMUM 24 HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT.

Initial Consultation: Discuss your desired look, any allergies, and the best type of lashes for you. This helps ensure a personalized and safe experience.

Time Commitment: The initial application can take 1.5 to 2 hours. Make sure to allocate enough time for your appointment without rushing.

Pre-Appointment Preparation: Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Avoid using oily products, serums of all kind or oil around your eyes 24-48 hours before your appointment.

Post-Application Care: To maintain your new lashes, avoid water, steam, and heavy sweating for the first 24-48 hours ( if you cook make sure to avoid the steam ). Use only oil-free makeup removers and avoid rubbing your eyes or picking your lashes. IF you want to wear make up avoid applying any kind of make up on the base of your lashes. If you do so, as consequence you lashes can  slide/slip.

Regular Maintenance: Lash extensions require to be washed with professional lash shampoo that you can find also in my salon and refills every 3-4 weeks to keep them looking full and natural all the time. Be prepared for regular upkeep to maintain your desired look.

You can also choose to come one time a month or how often you want. The most important thing is YOU to feel good and confident about yourself!
